Riya Saha · Anno MMXXVI

I'm Riya Saha, a junior at the Noble and Greenough School in Dedham, Massachusetts with a passion for classics, rhetoric, and making ancient ideas accessible to modern audiences. Through my studies in Latin, Ancient Greek, and classical literature, I became fascinated by Cicero's speeches — not just for their historical importance, but for their rhythm, persuasion, and emotional force.

This project was created to explore and share the "Cicero score": a way of analyzing rhetoric, persuasion, and stylistic power inspired by Cicero's writing and oratorical techniques. The goal of the website is to make classical rhetoric more interactive, approachable, and relevant for students, educators, and anyone interested in language and persuasion.

I hope this website helps others see that ancient rhetoric is not just something preserved in textbooks — it still shapes politics, storytelling, leadership, and communication today.
