Feet planted, weight even, chest open. Cicero warned against pacing that turns argument into agitation.
Gesture · Gestus
Gesture from the elbow and above the waist, one movement per thought — never a flutter under each word.
Eye contact · Oculi
Hold one section of the room for a whole sentence before moving. The eyes, said Cicero, are the interpreters of the mind.
